Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and VISIONATL, operated by Vision Media Atlanta LLC, The Youth Athlete Exposure Agency, 101 Marietta St NW, Atlanta, GA 30303. By using visionatl.com or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Our services
VISIONATL provides sports media services, including event and game coverage, game film, content creation, social media management, athlete branding, and consultations. Service details, deliverables, and prices are set out on this website and in your booking or proposal. Prices shown are starting points where marked, and your confirmed price is the one in your booking.
Bookings and deposits
- A booking is confirmed when we agree the date and scope with you and your deposit is paid.
- A deposit of 50 percent of the service price books your date. Dates are not held without a deposit.
- The remaining balance is due before final delivery of your content.
- Payments are processed through Stripe or through our client portal.
- Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Your responsibilities
- Make sure we can access the venue and the athletes we are booked to cover, including any credentials or permissions the venue requires.
- Confirm that you have the right to have the athletes filmed. For youth athletes, bookings are made by a parent or legal guardian, or by the athlete's school, team, or program.
- Give us accurate scheduling information and tell us about changes as early as you can.
Content and intellectual property
- Content we create for you is yours to use for the purposes agreed in your booking once your balance is paid in full. Until then, all rights stay with VISIONATL.
- Raw footage is not included unless your booking says so.
- VISIONATL may show work we create in our own portfolio, website, and social media channels, unless you ask us in writing not to before the work is published.
- Our logo, brand, website text, and website design belong to VISIONATL and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Submissions and athlete content
- If you send us clips, photos, links, or other material, you confirm you have the right to share it with us.
- By submitting material for a feature, you give VISIONATL permission to review it and, where we agree to feature it, to publish and promote the finished feature on our website and social media channels.
- Submitting material does not guarantee a feature.
No guaranteed outcomes
Media exposure depends on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee recruiting outcomes, scholarships, offers, follower counts, or view counts.
Acceptable use of this website
You agree not to:
- Use this site for anything unlawful.
- Submit false or misleading information, including in a job application.
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that are not yours.
- Copy, scrape, or interfere with the operation of this site.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, VISIONATL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Georgia law. Our total liability for a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking. The date at the top shows the latest version.
