Applications
When you apply on our Careers page, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the role you are applying for, links to your portfolio or social profiles that you choose to share, and anything you write in the about section. Your application is stored in our website system so we can review it.
Inquiries
When you contact us by email, phone, or a form on this site, we collect your name, your contact details, and the contents of your message, so we can answer you.
Payments
When you pay for a service, payment is processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and are handled under Stripe's privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full card number. We keep records of what was purchased, the amount, and the payment status.
Client portal
Clients who work with us may use our client portal. Portal accounts hold your name, email address, and information about your bookings and balances. The portal runs on the same systems described in this policy.
Website usage data
Our website platform keeps basic technical records needed to serve and secure the site, such as the pages requested and the type of device and browser used. We do not sell personal information.
How we use information

Children and youth athletes
VISIONATL creates and publishes content featuring youth athletes. We publish athlete content with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, or through the athlete's school, team, or program. This website is not set up to collect personal information directly from children. If you are a parent or guardian and want content or information about your child changed or removed, contact hello@visionatl.com and we will act promptly.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including account access controls on the systems we use. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and update the date at the top.
